Military-Pride.com will not require or solicit any personal information from you unless you place an order. At that time, we only ask for personal information that is necessary to process and fulfill your order and that allows us to contact you regarding your order. All information collected is secure and used only to help us efficiently process and service your order. Military-Pride.com does not sell or exchange any personal information with any other individuals, businesses, or organizations.
Secure Online Ordering
Since all of our online transactions are done through a secure server , you can be sure that your information is safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
We guarantee that every transaction you make at Military-Pride.com will be 100% safe, and under the Fair Credit Billing Act, we promise to protect you from any unauthorized charge to your credit card as a result of shopping with us.
Placing an Order
Placing an order with Military-Pride.com is easy and safe.
When you have found a product you wish to purchase, just click the
"Add to Cart" button next to the price and description of the product. This takes you to a secure page where you can view all of the products that you have selected for purchase. Once you are at the shopping cart page, you can change the quantity of a product you wish to purchase, or even delete the product all together from your shopping cart. You will also have the option to continue shopping through our site or proceed to the checkout page.
Viewing your shopping cart does NOT submit your order or commit you to any purchase.
When you are ready to check out, press the
"Goggle Checkout" or "Checkout" button from the shopping cart. There are several ways you can submit your order and payment:
All orders are charged in U.S. dollars. Payment for orders placed from outside the U.S. must be made with a credit card or money order made payable in U.S. dollars.
ORDERING ONLINE with a CREDIT CARD Please fill out the requested information on the checkout page,
you will then be taken to the shipping and payment preference screen.
Select the
the type of credit card you would like to use. We accept Master Card, Visa,
American Express and Discover. Select the type of shipping you would like.
Optional insurance is available if you would like to add it to your order.
This will take you to the order
review page which provides you with your order information and asks you to edit or submit your order information.
Click
the pay for order button to enter your credit card information. Once filled in,
click the place order button to submit your credit card for processing. ORDERING ONLINE with
PAYPAL Please fill out the requested information on the checkout page,
you will then be taken to the shipping and payment preference screen.
Select
PayPal from the payment type section. Select the type of shipping you would
like. Optional insurance is available if you would like to add it to your
order.
You will be sent to PayPal after you complete your information
and review your order. After you complete your PayPal transaction, you will be
brought back to your completed invoice on our store.
ORDERING by MAIL Please fill out the requested order checkout information and select your payment type.
You
will be given instructions on how to send your Money Order when you
complete your order. Click the [Place Order] button at the bottom of the page
to complete this order.

Order Confirmation
Once you submit your order, you should receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes or less. If you do not receive an email confirmation within this time, then either the provided email address was incorrect or we simply did not receive your order. In either case, please feel free to contact us to check on the status of your order.
Delivery Times and Backorders
To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the product(s) you ordered and the shipping option you select:
Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
Unless otherwise noted, our products that are not on backorder are available for shipping within 2 business days. This means that if you place an order and select standard shipping, you should receive your product within 5 to 7 business days. See our shipping options section below. Sometimes we are able to rush an order sooner than the stated delivery time. Backordered Products
Occasionally, a product may be backordered and will not be available for shipping within our normal delivery schedule. If this is the case, we will contact you, provide you with an estimate of availability for the backordered product, and ask how you wish for us to fulfill your order. The options are as follows:
Ship currently available products by the shipping option you chose, then ship backordered product(s) when available by standard shipping with no additional shipping cost to you, or
Wait for backordered product(s) to become available, then ship entire order by the shipping option you chose, or
Ship currently available products by the shipping option you chose and cancel the backordered product(s).
Shipping Options and Pricing
Military-Pride.com regularly ships to residential and commercial locations in the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world. We use United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class and Priority Mail as our primary methods of delivery in the US. We use Delivery Confirmation on all of our shipments US shipments that use USPS. Delivery Confirmation does not guarantee delivery, but it will tell us if your package was delivered or not and on the exact day and time.
We can ship to almost any additional location in the world. Also be aware that when shipping to locations outside of the United States, the customers is responsible for any and all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Accurate Customs Forms will be completed by our shipping department.
Our Return Policy
At Military-Pride.com, we will accept your return when the following conditions are met:
All products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you would like to return a product, please request an RMA number within
14 days of receiving your order and clearly mark the number on the outside of the return packaging.
The product is returned within 14 days of receiving an RMA number.
No return packages will be accepted after this time period. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products: To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships. We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a refund or
exchange.
